Use of YouTube

Our website may embed videos from the external platform YouTube. When you access a page in which a YouTube video is embedded, YouTube (Google Ireland Limited and, where applicable, Google LLC in the USA) may receive your IP address and other technical data that are necessary to deliver the content to your browser. In addition, YouTube may place its own cookies or use comparable technologies. Where required, we obtain your consent for this via a consent banner; in this case, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, and you can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. If no consent is required and we rely on legitimate interests, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, whereby our legitimate interest lies in the efficient provision and attractive presentation of our online offer.

Use of Pipedrive

We use the CRM system Pipedrive to manage and process contact requests and other communication with (prospective) partners, participants, and other stakeholders. In this context, identification and contact data (such as name, email address, company) as well as communication content may be processed in Pipedrive’s systems. Depending on the configuration, data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union; in such cases, this is done on the basis of appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses pursuant to Article 46 GDPR). The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in efficient and structured customer and contact management in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; where we process data for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Use of CleverReach

We use the service provider CleverReach to send newsletters and other email communications, where offered. For this purpose, the email address and, where applicable, your name and other optional information are processed on CleverReach’s servers. CleverReach provides analysis functions that allow us to see whether emails were opened and which links were clicked; this is used to optimize our communication and is generally evaluated in a pseudonymized or aggregated form. The legal basis for the sending of newsletters and the associated performance measurement is your consent in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Article 7 UWG; you can withdraw this consent at any time by unsubscribing via the link in each email or by contacting us directly. In addition, we may process data on the basis of our legitimate interests in effective communication and optimization of our offerings in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
